EVT-300 Event Planning Certificate I
This course is for individuals seeking to enter the world of event planning. Students will gain workable knowledge of the field, learn event planning fundamentals, become familiar with different types of events (social, 企业, 文化, 等.), and start to develop creative event themes and concepts. 先决条件: Students must finish Parts I and II to obtain a Certificate of Completion.

EVT-301 Event Planning Certificate II
This course expands on the knowledge and concepts introduced in EVT-300. Upon successful completion, you will have a workable understanding of food and beverage costs, audiovisual concepts for planners, 以及法律问题.

Hospitality 领导 Certificate (Micropathway)
Earn credentials and gain skills to become a mid-level supervisor or manager within the hospitality industry. You can also earn a certificate and an associate's degree in hospitality services management.
HSM-655 ServSafe® Certification
This course provides an overview of food microbiology principles, 食源性疾病, standards enforced by food service regulatory agencies, and safety measures to prevent 食源性疾病 and other microbiological problems. It also describes the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. 注意: Completing this course provides an opportunity to test for a ServSafe® certification.
TVL-306 Travel and Tourism Certificate, Part 1
This course provides a working knowledge of expectations in the 旅行 industry working with hotels, 航空公司, 邮轮, and other industry partners. Learn the fundamentals of geography for 旅行 agents and how to use online techniques for 旅行ing. This course includes offsite visits to hotels and 旅行 and tourism agencies within the region. 先决条件: Students must finish Parts I and II to obtain a Certificate of Completion.
TVL-307 Travel and Tourism Certificate, Part II
This course expands on the knowledge and concepts introduced in TVL-306. Learn the fundamentals of 旅行 sales, marketing techniques, and how to package tours and 邮轮. This course includes offsite visits to hotels and 旅行 and tourism agencies within the region.
